The following services are offered at Fort Bend
Family Health Center, Inc. Patients
must be registered with the center before
receiving services if they are uninsured. Click on the service for more

- Family Practice
Clinic
-
Primary medical care
is provided to all ages. The Richmond Center, Waller Center, and the
Mobile Clinic all provide family practice care. If you
are a patient calling the doctor's office in Richmond, the extension is 6-1-2.
Pediatric Clinic
Primary
medical care is provided to children 18 years and younger. The
Richmond Center, Stafford Center, Waller Center, and the Mobile Health Clinic offer pediatric care. Immunizations for pediatric
clients are given at all four centers. To speak
with the doctor's office, enter extension 6-1-2 for the Richmond Center, and
extension 4 for the Stafford Center.
WIC (Women, Infants,
and Children)
A nutrition
program aimed at pregnant women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children
up to the age of
five. FBFHC currently has four WIC sites located in Richmond,
Stafford, El Campo, and
Wharton. Please click on the link above to get the phone number for
each WIC location.
Dental Clinic
Dental services are offered at the Stafford Center. Only registered patients
of FBFHC can receive
dental services. To reach the Dental Clinic, please call 281-261-0182,
extension 4.
Medical Case
Management and Treatment Support
Available services include case management, behavioral health, and
assistance to FBFHC patients who need low cost medications and/or medical equipment.
The extension for this service is 6-6 at the Richmond Center.
Additional
Services
FBFHC offers laboratory services and pharmacy services in addition to
our other services. The extension for pharmacy is 6-2 for the Richmond
Center. |
